By using the services of artnorthland and or/purchasing any artwork, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
HOW TO PURCHASE
Please select your piece with care as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.
Please email us at admin@artnorthland.co.nz to let us know which artwork you would like to purchase.
We will email you an invoice with our bank account details. Once we have received your payment we will package and courier the work to you (signature required).
In the unlikely event of damage and/or loss, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
PACKING & COURIER COSTS will be assessed and charged to the buyer. They will vary depending on the size and weight of the work and the address of the buyer. We will advise you of the cost before you commit to the purchase.
For work sold locally within the Whangarei District, artwork may be collected from our Studio. Free delivery may also be available (please enquire).
RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR DAMAGES OR LOSS
If you notice any serious damages to the outside of the package please DO NOT sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice damage upon unpacking, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork and send us digital images of the damage. If we find that the artwork was damaged in transit, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork. The cost of return of goods is the buyer’s responsibility.
If we do not receive notice from you of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of the artwork by you, then you will have been deemed to have accepted the purchase and no refund will be given.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Art Northland and Richard Cranenburgh, own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the artnorthland website (including text, graphics and (logos). You must not:
(a) adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website, or
(b) commercialise or copy any information or items obtained from any part of this website.
